In the stream bubbles appear one new one a second and as we watch old ones pop every second, pop, pop, pop. These bubbles represent humans coming into the world by birth and leaving by death, each second is this swirl of bubbles, pop, pop, pop, pop, and one day that pop will be you!

The thought of a death a second is not such a nice one as to dwell on it and so we do not, the thought though of the ongoing mass game of Russian Roulette where your number is guaranteed to come up at some unknown time should force a smart adjustment in perspective and awakening to the moment and living, now.

You do not spend your time sitting mourning each and every pop, considered though the thought of your own popping may be of some concern. Will you pop out of the blue unprepared or will you feel your pop coming? Part of your concern over your pop is sadness and loss you'll leave behind in others.

Each moment a pop, pop, pop, each moment people suffering that. Aren't you though, the stream?

Never forget

You are the supreme reality.

You are Tao.

Original Face

Drop the desire for enlightenment and then you are "not-I" and you regain your original face.

Anyone seeking enlightenment is of course not enlightened. Nor could anyone ever be enlightened, as on enlightenment, there is no I.

"I seeking enlightenment" is bound.

"Enlightened" is no-I, free.

So drop the idea you could ever achieve, as that achiever is not even possibly real. Drop the idea of an achieving entity so there is no longer a desirer; and then you reach the non-I, and there is enlightenment...

Liberation

You do not become a liberated being, but liberated from being a being.

Always on offer, always just here

The self is always enlightened and always offering enlightenment to the false non-I ego-i.

The ego-i is unable to grasp the gift though as there is no false i, only the idea of one.

enlightenment not gained

You don't attain truth, you unattain false.

Bit by bit, one by one, cast the false aside.

What is left is.

be here ... yet

yet, they do something now, to achieve in the future.

Thus clouding the now they seek and waiting for something that never arrives.

Who is on the path to enlightenment?

When is it expected to take place?

It can only be, and it can only be now.

Not when and not by whom.

One I in iiiiiiiiiii's

At root, the self. Manifested as a trillion forms.

All forms are the self. Associating with the unreal.

Awakening is to see both the true I and the i-ego. Then become so sure that i-ego is a construct that it vanishes, leaving you only as the one I.

This could prove a shock.

Desire to suffer

The desire to have happiness for all results in inevitable suffering when sadness is seen.

The desire to be well makes being unwell difficult.

The desire for enlightenment and release breeds constant anguish as the state of ignorance persists.

Free from desire, the perfect way, all happens yet is not suffered.

God has to die for final truth

Why isn't God able to clear doubts and give Enlightenment to all?

God is an idea. Holding an idea, you are split.

You must eventually kill your Guru or God and take the final plunge alone. Only then can you realise the absolute.

Do? Hard?

What is to be done? Nothing to be done. How to do it? You don't.

If enlightenment were done by the master, if it were some act, then it would be out of reach of some and something to be done or maintained - it could be lost.

Being is effortlessly being. Not trying.

The path to Enlightenment

Where you go is the way.

When you map it out it makes no sense, and those who follow those maps are lost forever.

Meditation is practising the state you should remain in at all times.

Meditation is also the spontaneous pleasure of the Enlightened.

One person is trying to be.

The other is.

Chasing the tail

Those who seek enlightenment as something for them to have and hold are attempting to force duality to be real.

meet a master and know yourself

When you meet normal people they tell you all about themselves.

When you meet the wise they teach you about your self.

For the master, there is nothing but the self.
