Never forget

Your path i to I

All wisdom and all answers are within you. In the end it is you who decides that something fits or does not. At times things may not appear to fit and may appear false, at times the opposite, and in both cases the situation can flip: seemingly useless becomes perfect wisdom, perfect ideas can also crumble.

Around the time your body was born, it was given a name. You know you can change your name, you are not the name. You are also not the body. That was a construct. You are the self alone. I am. The mind is the tool you used for most of your life. On seeing it limited as it is you took to looking behind the veil and looking with no mind brought about its own issues.

Now you have seen yourself. A body in space and a mind in time are your instruments. Life is your ocean. Conciousness is your space and Awareness is your universe self.

You are not you are

Step outside of your mind. What you are is perfection. What you are not is perfectible.

Who are you again? Be sure to identify with the true self, not the constructed false one. Then you will realize your inherent perfection without a second of effort.

'I am' is the intensified self conciousness. Run to its climax, self conciousness ends in self knowledge.

This trick is deliberately and necessarily beyond the mind and logic.

When self conciousness has become so intense and self knowledge is born, the inner 'i' self is burned and replaced with the true 'I'. This is unable to be self concious and it is not an intense spot in a person, it is an infinite I, absent of space, place, time, idea.

Always on offer, always just here

The self is always enlightened and always offering enlightenment to the false non-I ego-i.

The ego-i is unable to grasp the gift though as there is no false i, only the idea of one.

Reroot refocus reconfigure

When doubt or pain arise, alter focus.

When war and death seem widespread, broaden your horizons.

Never in the infinite is one matter so important that it deserves attention.

Attention only on the root of attention can bring you to touch the supreme self of birthless, deathless, timeless, bliss.

The mind then is unable to cast a false world of suffering, and so your universe reconfigures.

There is and is not reincarnation

In the world of mind there is reincarnation. It is this whole that reincarnates with every new moment, each new moment is creation and each new moment is the rebirth of the previous moment. All is change, that is all.

In the birthless, deathless, changeless, permanence of the self, there is no reincarnation.

If you are asking about reincarnation, first decide who you are who is asking.

The last gain is nothing

Nothing is gained in awakening. You have nothing to hold. You're gone.

In having nothing, you have it all. You recognise your true self as the root, as me. As I.

Nothing is loved, All is love.

Nothing is there, the potential for infinity.

A universe contained in potential void.

One I in iiiiiiiiiii's

At root, the self. Manifested as a trillion forms.

All forms are the self. Associating with the unreal.

Awakening is to see both the true I and the i-ego. Then become so sure that i-ego is a construct that it vanishes, leaving you only as the one I.

This could prove a shock.

Getting to the real subject

Everyone can see that if there were no subjective ego self then there would be no world to see.

By the same logic, and some people instinctively know this to be true, but many will not see it: If there were no true self, there would be no world at all, no people, no stars, no universe, no potential for anything.

You may easily see that you are an ego self who on dying will no longer see the world.

You may be one of the few who know their true self to be the only self, the one that was here before the mind, the world and the body.

Earth Mind Sun Self

Looking from the Earth we know the Sun as a very significant object, one that provides us life and so much else. From our perspective, we know little of the Sun and it displays as hot and powerful, yet only a glimpse of its full potential.

Here, Earth is the mind.

Looking from the Sun the Earth is not even seen, it is one of many tiny things powered by just a glimpse its power and potential.

Here the Sun is the true self.

Chicken or Egg?

What came before both chicken and egg was someone to make that distinction.

Mind over matter?

Before both was the perceiver of these.

Space and time, require a knower.

World and life and death and a universe and an infinity, require, before them, the self who they happen in the awareness of.

Your body came of the world, you preceded both and all.

I am

I am reading. Reading will pass, I am always I am.

I am thinking. Thinking will pass, I am always I am.

I do this, I do that, theses are of no importance, good or bad, throughout it all, I am.

In bliss, I am. In pain I am. I am previous, and ever present I am.

I am sleeping, I am playing, I am doing, I am saying. Always, I am, I am, I am.

Beyond your pleasures and pains

Many may claim sexual union as the height of pleasure, some may claim a drug high, a union with God, ... Tao, the self, is beyond.

Some may claim a day at the lake as peace, harmony with friends, a full belly, a loving relationship, ... Tao, the self, is beyond. 

As these things have levels of heightened feeling or quality, they sit in a medium, that of mind, and also contain opposites, those of separation, loss, impermanence, pain, suffering.

Tao, the self, has no dual nature: contains all and so surpasses all that you may crave in the world of mind.

Undeniable

What can you find for me that exists with no anti?

Can you bring me some matter and not bring space?

Can you tell me of consciousness without an idea of unconsciousness?

Can you describe love and not compare it to hate?

All of these are shapes of the mind.

Only Tao, this true self, is such that it has no anti, no opposite, no other.

Is the Tao lonely? Alone to who. It has no second, no not.

Is the Tao vast? No as it is small. Mind games!

This is why truth is undeniable. Beyond mind, beyond duality, it can not be denied as YOU ARE, you can not deny being. You can say "One day I will die" and this is true, that body you wear now will die. The self though, Tao, exists before time.

unimpressed by your efforts

The self is simply uninterested, unburdened and impossible to mark or stain.

Nothing you do can bring it forth or have it retreat.

All you can do is pay more attention to the mind.

And ignore that which you seek!

Stop questioning and the self shines.

everywhere

There is no more or less self in another person as there is in a speck of dust.

silent witness

You may with your mind imagine the true self as silent witness. This is as good an approximation the mind can make.

Consider though how the self is non-dual.

And realize the mind is of no help.

Be and don't try to comprehend.

No stains on me

You can do nothing to impress or upset the self.

Nothing to ingratiate yourself, make or lose merit.

Nothing you do effects it.

All you do: you rattle and roll, or you sit and hum,

It is always present and silent and blissful.

You'd do well then to take its example and join it.
