Experience now

Are you experiencing pleasure or pain right now? There is likely a mixture. There may be pleasure in taking time to relax but there may be some pain in the mind or in the body, really there are endless possibilities and all resulting in some mixture of these emotions.

Take a moment though to ask yourself what it is that rests behind both of these complementary poles. Both are experience, right now, both are being and both require awareness.

You may have memories of pain and pleasure, you may crave pleasure or wish to avoid future pain. When you have found a level existing behind both poles though, you are content with the experience of now as you know that all other experience, past or future is only the same.

It is not the experience, not that experienced, that should be liked or disliked, but being the experiencer, being the ability to experience, that should be relished, as this has no dual resolution, only bliss.

Nothing exists 'of itself' but only in relation to everything other than itself.

You/It die with every death, are born with every birth, consume yourself, and depend entirely on each other for the 'experience of experiencing'.

Due to 'It' being, in its purest sense, 'One and All' – and what can see or experience that? 'It' reincarnates as both environment-suitable-for and Experiencing-organism-of.

...over and over, just for the pleasure of it.
