dualing the mind

Negating all dual until one with no two is reached. Naming it springboards you back to duality, conceptualising it, thinking, anything about this non-dual, is dual.

So when we reach I am. Being, just being, it would be natural for the mind to set up a duality here, so let us allow that.

What can allow for motion that is not perfectly beyond rest?

What can see all shades of wet that is not bone dry?

What can give rise to all colours that is not entirely without?

So, what is the mind's idea for the opposite of I am?

Perhaps 'I am not'.

The mind is not. All of its forms and ideas, are not.

I am.
